A rising star in the martial arts industry, Master Chan Lee has carved a niche for his ability to work with youth on anti-bullying strategies and confidence-building skills.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a communications degree, he took over the business aspect of his father’s martial arts school.
Since then, his Milwaukee business has grown from two to five schools, with over 1,500 students — and he’s recognized as one of the area’s premier authorities in child development.
He garnered local and national attention, having been featured in many martial arts publications, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, CNN and on MTV for a show called Made.
He also provided training for staff at the Miller Brewing Company, worked with local schools and universities including the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and helped train airline pilots and crew following the September 11th attacks.
Master Chan Lee was also named as one of Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.
